fanny's blog is like her diary entry..
actually she really loves noting down special events..
normal events too..
those that she would love to remember..
be it good or bad.. enjoyable or sad
there are some things that fanny wouldn't want to forget..
for whatever reasons..
sometimes she dun even remember the reason as time passes
sometimes..ok most of the times.. she is very lazy to even sign into her blog
therefore the entry intervals can vary from 1 day to 2 weeks, even a month.


fanny has gathered some thoughts..
a sudden urge to blog..
in the midst of watching a course video to write a 5000 words essay by tuesday, 530pm
perhaps she's just tired..
sometimes..she just wonder what she is doing with her life
or rather what she has done so far
maybe what she had done to her life
nothing is consistent..
everything is so short term
nothing remains the same
feelings waiver
habits dont stay
thoughts are everchanging
but there are certain things that cannot be changed..
but she's really scared that 1 day..
things get overboard
and everything goes!
at that time..
she will lose control of everything
the word "special" will be meaningless
coz everything means the same


there's an irony..
coz there is 1 thing that will not change
shd fanny be happy or sad?
coz the 1 thing is being a habitual late comer
be it meetings..lessons..outings..lunch..bfast..dinner..supper..anything that is measured by time..she would fail it
this thing is constant..
it has stayed with her for as long as it had begun..
she has hoped many a times for it to get lost!
but to no avail..
strange uh..
perhaps she can try wishing for something to go away if she wants it to stay? =p


recently..she realised that she is undergoing a v.drastic change.
she no longer enjoy crowds like she did
she loves to stay at home
she likes to be alone
she still like to watch tv, binge on ice cream and chocolate, munch on cereal, shopping, even movies..
but she would consider a '1 man show' FIRST..
before she considers finding company..
lucky for her..she still bothers to disturb her cousins and huini


still recently..fanny has a new love!
justin!
she bought her 1st cd aft like around 6 years?
she really enjoy justin's music
accompanied her through long bus rides, during long walks, from late nights at work to relax time in bed till she doze off..
it's really a nice to experience a long lost feeling..
to be so engrossed, again, in smtg that you had lost for so long..


& only yesterday..she suddenly feel so much when she was listening to 1 of justin's songs.
all the songs mean smtg..
not only the lyrics..is the music
it's just this new, unidentified feeling!
it makes me..
really want to meet justin!! =p
ok huni..it's not an excuse..
ok it's partially=p
just imagine..how nice it will be..if i really get to friend him!
but things will be different now..
i won't get him to sing for me already..
i'm more interested in the inspirations and reasons behind the songs he wrote
ok i think he will hate me for that! :X


and now..i feel good..
it's really v.relaxing to do therapeutic writing!

i finally finished up my projects! congrats to ge1101e and gek1541 assignment!! both of you managed to make me so worn out and tired! occupy my time and steal my energy!! BUT finally..i managed to finish up both of YOU! so i won the game~ hahaha
think i do my proj till i went bersek!


anyway..went down to taka sq to support dearest pegs for her newface'06 on friday!
didnt know it is such a big event! u need tix to get in and be seated.
so sad we didnt manage to sit right in front..so the pics taken were rather small..
bt the atmosphere there was damn high!


sindy dear, rossie, blandy, erica, chew lian and i were so excited for pegs!
later on sok ser came with another friend, jason to support pegs!
we didnt manage to sit together bt took somepics aft the event!
huini came too..bt didnt come in to sit..coz she got no tix..
shd have just pulled her in! coz sok ser said she didnt have tix too! she just walked in.

sindy dear was so high on that night! i love the spotlights! the natural lights were great!! i like the effect on our pictures..heh anyway i tried very hard to put on make-up..pls say it's visible! pplleeaassee... for my effort..

OH!! and i must show off a bit here!! erica commented that i looked very gd in my greenie dress! yayy!! thanx baby erica~ (that's what justin sang in his 'erica' song=p)

rossie dear and i were in my favourite green together!!! look so neat and nice when we are put together!haha great minds think alike! :)

had a great time! 1st time i sat on the chairs viewing the event. 1st time i felt invited and like i participated in the watching! haha coz usually we would be loitering on the upper floor and trying to catch glances. haha


a pity i did not manage to tk pic with pretty pegs..coz she was so busy!
then hafta rush off to alley bar for celebration aft tt..

sindy dear they all waited till 10pm and only managed to snap a shot with her..

but dear pegs did us proud!! she achieved the most on that night!!

1. she got miss body beautiful~ woohoo

2. she was the 2nd runner-up! yeah :)

3. and she was 1 of the 5 pretty girls who have the honour of doing a show on sunday to celebrate taka's 13th anniversary!

i just realised it has been years since i bought a CD..
and i bought 2 of justin's at a shot!
i was too excited at that moment when the cd-shop guy took out his CD!! coz initially he told me no stock..
i was so excited that i think he guess i like justin a lot! coz he asked me to leave my name then he can inform me when the concert DVD arrives..haha

and whoever says he's fat..HE'S NOT!!! he has a healthy outlook!!!

gai-gai day with ling, sian and lili

i love korean food!!



went for a sumptuous lunch at this korean restaurant at tanjong pagar today!! i had korean roll..which is similar to sushi.. sian had bi-bim-bap (very nice korean style mixed veg rice), ling had this mee which is similar to mee sua bt more chewy and lili had stir fried pork!! then we shared a ginseng chicken!! v.v.v.v.v.fantastic meal..savoury...mmmm~



lili insisted on treating..so paiseh bt many thanks to her again!! she is always treating us!! where can you find a cousin like her?? NOWHERE!! only we are so fortunate to have her..dun be jealous!! haha



the restaurant is v.korean style too! we are lucky to get to eat in the room..which is like those authentic jap style restaurants! my v.first time!! nice experience~ ling and i wanted to tk a lot of stupid pics in the room so we closed the door..bt before we can tk more the food came!! (so efficient!)
























aft lunch we walked to chinatown..firstly to digest our food coz we are all so full we almost couldnt stand straight! =p and secondly we can look see look see along the way! it's really a different feel..like when you shop ard town.. you will feel like a tourist!! den we tried to bargain at pearl centre!! and we succeeded!! haha




we are so pampered..walked for a short while then stopped for dessert coz we are all feeling so hot and restless..haha i had honeydew sago..ling had ice jelly..lili had ice kacang and sian had soursop! all are delicious!!yummy~



lili had the most number of bargains today! she bought a pretty yellow bag, pyjamas, a green top and HEIDI the jap version cartoon!! ling and sian bought "samsoon" mailto:dvd..2@$52 i think.. very worth it! sian wanted to buy this collection of jap cartoon bt is $99..too ex for her.. i promised to buy for her when i earn my own income..haha which will tk some time..



aft tt we walked to raffles place mrt but on our way there..actually we are reaching already.. lili suggested taking cab! ling and i thought we shd just tk the train since we are nearing..dun waste money ma..bt the haze is making lili sick! den she said," money is earned to be spent!" hahah i love that sentence.. i think..my sentiments too when i start to work!!haha it's a real luxury.. we shd love ourselves always! :)




we had a comfort ride to thong yi hse and when we reached..continue eating and relaxing and playing with baby joie!! she has grown up! so exciting! she is getting more and more adorable by the day! really love her to bits.. i gave up buying my justin's CD, just to see her!



overall..had a great day! i love today!! :)

dinner with cousins :)

I had a wonderful dinner with my cousins and bro at J8 thai express today.
i must apologise for being so late! sorry pple..



initially we agreed to meet at 630pm at J8. Later on Jeremy msg me to say Boon can only come at 730pm.. i thought it's alright to wait for him for a while. But boon msg me again later on and say he can only reach ard 8pm. I put off the meeting time to 45min later at 715pm. BUT.. the main point..is that i am late. :X i reached at ard 730pm. nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves!hee



I had this thai fried noodle which is extra extra spicy with 3 chilli indicated on the menu!! but stupid me overestimated myself and ordered it! in the end i had more glasses of water than the amt of noodles i ate! and my tongue was really burnt.. had delicious sticky rice with mango for dessert.. it was quite nice bt not as nice as expected.. perhaps i was kinda full then already..tt's why. shd have shared with wei, coz both of us struggled to finish the dish. i gave up though. haha


went to take a walk and look ard at the mooncake fair! yummilicious~ but this yr didnt really get the feel.. OH boon suggested we celebrate "yue bing jie" at choo yi's hse this fri! great idea! bt i realised i have tuition frm 730-930pm on that day! :( hope i can make it there asap and get to play for a while before they wrap up.



and while we were discussing abt the celebration i casually brought up the idea of mj-ing aft the celebration..heh since min initiated the suggestion of stay over! and ling can tk a break frm her boring muggings or relax before she seriously start demonic mugging! yea~ i'm so smart..haha


and a v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.big THANK YOU to min for treating me dessert! i think you need to be less ke qi! ahha don't keep treating me dear..i m scared i will get used to it!haha and you shd start accepting my offers when i volunteer to treat!haha


great day great dinner great company! time spent much worthwhile!


but i hafta say this..i think jeremy is mad today! he is so facking! feels like super duper PMS to me..like split personality..nvm..i keep quiet! i m nice:) he is bad!

fanny's 'princess-like' holiday in bkk shopping paradise

YEAH!! i finally got to enjoy my bkk shopping spree! bangkok is really a shopping paradise.. singapore retailers shd learn frm them! sell their things as cheap as them..haha then i can save the air tix to bkk..hee



and aft such a long time i finally completed the compilation of pics! lazy me just used convenient picasa and stacked everything up together..heh save time and space..






i shd be finishing my proj now and studying for my test.. but..tk a break for a while..hee just come back from sch and still in the sleepy mood.. looking at all these pics can really perk me up! bt make me feel like sneaking back to bangkok..ahha







I must really compliment them for their friendliness and courtesy! A*** for that!! and i nv failed in bargaining..haha ok..i must also admit that i didnt try to bargain a lot..hehe i just wanna get the desirable price i want then i will stop.. bt they work in a way that the more things you buy, they will sell u at their wholesale price.. and their wholesale price is already so cheap! and their things are so tempting to grab! what more can i ask for? =p



i went to MBK, platinum mall, pratunum market, central world plaza, tokyo departmental store and isetan..OH my favourite is BIGC!!




BIGC is this megastore nxt to my hotel and is so convenient to walk across.. they sell so many things! from food to daily products to shoes and clothes! I purchased 7 pairs of shoes from there!! price ranging from $4-$8!! and bought 2 pairs of pretty shorts and a long sleeve top from there!







Platinum mall is my 2nd favourite!! I bought most of my stuffs from there..heh purchased 2 pairs of shoes and my 12 pairs of shorts from there!! also 3 of my bags and 10 necklaces! i really shopped till i nearly dropped dead.. imagine a shoppaholic like me giving up shopping the last 2 levels and searching frantically for dad and mum to rest! haha thinking back..i kinda regretted!!haha




MBK is a cool place too..bought 3 bags from there and 4 tees for myself cousins and friends! and 3 belts.. i really lost count of what i had purchased and where i got it from. this shopping experience is freaking enjoyable and desirable!!



i wanna shop like a princess at bkk again!! but my nxt destination is KOREA!! yay~ with lili, ling and min! i'm saving up to proceed with my travel plans! maybe i can see ji jin hee there..hehe heard from ling that the accessories are cheap there..maybe the clothes too?? i wanna go massage! and sauna~






















OH..a few regrets from bkk trip..

1. no thai massage
2. nv visit pat pong
3. nv visit suan lom night
4. nv visit khao san night market
5. nv spend my last 120baht!!

BUT..a very very refreshing and princess-like feeling during the trip! i super heart it~



eh a teeny weeny bit of uneasy feeling about the hotel though.. being more paranoid..i thought there was mok mok.. on the 1st night..kept hearing the door bell but no1 was at the door..even aft jeremy opened the door..there was no1 at the corridor..and the phone nxt door kept ringing..and what's worse was our room is interconnected with the nxt room!=X



okok..forget abt the scary and unhappy parts..stock check now!!

Lastly..i super love the scenery when you are on the plane and u look down and out of the window..


But the new airport sucks..our plane was delayed for 45 minutes..and they kept making us walk all around the airport and send us back to where we walked from in the end..waste our energy and time! and the concept is totally similar to singapore! just that singapore is much cooler, looks more grand, is more pro, more efficient, more places to eat, unlike them..only 1 eating outlet with everything sold out!

Eh but bkk has got cute cabs.. so colourful and pretty! singapore can adopt the idea and paint their cabs with brighter and more cheerful colours!


yup!! shiok~
ok..study for now.. i really dread studying.. let's hope i graduate asap and get a v.high paid job! yayy!! ahha

today is such a happy day!
i finally met up with shirl, martin, jinrui and jinxian!! too bad elaine couldn't join us:(
really calls for a celebration!

we tried to arrange so many lunch dates!!
bt its either timetable clash or i'm nt in sch..(most of the time i'm nt in sch=p)
lunch was really great today! had great chats and as usual shirl and i like to make fun of jx and jr..occasionally martin will join in..haha we love to sow discord and make the guys "kiss" hee and we are so experienced that we succeed almost everytime! hope to have more lunches like this coming up soon again!yay~

WHY? coz he's such a lazy fellow!!mum couldn't wake him up that sunday when we agreed to visit her and jan. anyway.. met lili there too and i saw ling aft like a month or more.. really missed her!

actually i suddenly recalled..i met her when i visited joie tt day..ahha anyway..lili and ling wanted to go out..just to walk around to relax and take a breather frm stressful sch work..ling is having her prelims now. ( though it really doesn't seem like it) i hafta keep reminding myself i cannot date her.haha i, being so thick skin die die also wanna squueze in and join them!haha (i'm the 3rd party!) how can i be left out rite!haha i m sure i was the fun factor!=p

anyway..i was so mean..i forced them to go j8..when they wanted to go far east..haha coz i was in KR sleeveless tee and FBT shorts! and slippers.. and i was in specs..no $$ no ezlink card! all i had with me was my phone! being such sweet cousins, they compromised of coz! hee

we walked ard in j8 for a really short while..then lili was hungry so she went to secret recipe to grab a bite! me and ling drank mineral water..i thought secret recipe is nt pro=x they dun serve ice water..and their soba..according to an experienced gourmet, can actually be prepared at home with..no sweat! so..eh..i shall not say anything more!=p
